It was chalky but we nailed the late Pick4 yesterday for $55 and change but given my Pick 4 bets are usually on the low end we walked away with a profit and a bet for today! It was also another 4 of 5 in the Pick 5 for us with top choices coming home in three races but we were undone in race 4 where we had the top 3 runners in a 7 horse field and a 16-1 bomb came on. Big race day today and in the slop, although I love Nyquist, I think Exaggerator may have his day. Exacta box with the top 2 plus a win on Exaggerator and Cherry Wine, Laoban for the trifecta and superfecta boxes! The Pick 4 begins at 4-30 PST in race 8 today and it is a very, very tough sequence.

For races where I only have one or two selections I usually like to KEY the top choice  with the second choice and an outside for trifectas.

When I have three horses selected in a Pick 4 or Pick 5 consider them for Trifecta boxes and for superfecta boxes use the 3 selections with the highest priced horse with good form or top tier jockeys riding, especially if they give a price. Rolling Pick 3 and doubles using selections.
