How’s that hangover? You know the perfect cure for a St. Patrick’s day Friday hangover – a card sweep on Saturday! Irish Dame won the nightcap for us easily but in the 1st leg of the Pick 4 we were yet again beat on the line. It’s one thing to finish last but to constantly keep being on the other side of nose bobs sucks! Let’s get that win today. The big positive with our close calls is how small I keep the tickets allowing for extra coverage if needed. The first leg of the Pick 4 today is down the Hill with another odds on favorite and if you have noticed lately odds on horses have been bombing!
Possible singles today:
In race 3 Dalsaros should be the most probable winner on the card today, debuted on the Hill a tough thing to and was nowhere, sharp work for a trainer winning 24% beaten fav, stretches out and Prat rides
Longshots of the Day: Win/place bets on these
Race 1: XXX
Race 4: XXX
Race 7: Chaulk O Lattey, off since last year Bejarano rides and won on him on the Hill previously, inside post usually a tough one on the Hill but not lately, 8-1 nice price
Race 8: XXX
Today’s Late Pick 4 will cost $18 with horses listed in preference.
Today’s Pick 5 will cost $12 with horses listed in preference.
Horses listed in brackets are for added coverage if wanted and for exotics.
For races where I only have one or two selections I usually like to KEY the top choice with the second choice and an outside for trifectas.
When I have three horses selected in a Pick 4 or Pick 5 consider them for Trifecta boxes and for superfecta boxes use the 3 selections with the highest priced horse with good form or top tier jockeys riding, especially if they give a price. Rolling Pick 3 and doubles using selections.

“The grace of God is found between the saddle and the ground.”
