So, so close to a MONSTER Pick 5 yesterday as we got beat on the line with our single in race 2 and saw a 6-1, 6-1 and 15-1 come home. The late Pick 3 paid $637! With our 15-1 shot to start the Pick 4 it was a mirror of the Pick 5 as our scratch replacement also got beat on the line. So, so close! The bombs have been falling for us nicely at the meet with usually 1-2 very nice price winners.

We have some interesting sequences today and even though we have been killing it at Del Mar there is no reason to be increasing bet sizes. I’m keeping the tickets moderate today with a nice mix of favorites and bombs.

Del Mar is where the big prices usually hit and where our biggest wins have come!

Pick 4 “I need a Single” in race 5 The Big Train with Prat riding, ran 2nd closing 2 weeks ago so the added distance is good. I usually do not like short turnaround horses but last week at Del Mar, Prat riding etc etc
