A 40-1 bomb made Sunday a very nice day as Snow Cloud romped home in the 1st leg of the Pick4. I was wishing for 15-1 but at post time we got 40-1 mama mia! “Race 6: Snow Cloud, 5 furlong specialist in Britain before coming here and running longer in 3 races, back to preferred distance at 20-1 for Dp Racing” We also had one of our other longshots put in a valiant effort to run second. The prices continue to come in at Bomb Mar and that will remain our focus for now. As I said at the start of the meet price horses come in a lot at Del Mar and you must use them in your sequences. I have kept the Pick 4 on the small end so you can add additional coverage if you need it.

For races where I only have one or two selections I usually like to KEY the top choice  with the second choice and an outside for trifectas.

When I have three horses selected in a Pick 4 or Pick 5 consider them for Trifecta boxes and for superfecta boxes use the 3 selections with the highest priced horse with good form or top tier jockeys riding, especially if they give a price. Rolling Pick 3 and doubles using selections.
