Pick 5 I need a single is in race 1 My Farmer 1st off the claim for Dorf and gets a big weight break with Fig riding. Jerry is 23% 1st off the claim and we get a sharp work. In race 2 Eskenforadrink is a Miller horse with Fig riding and I am looking at the double on these. Miller is 32% sprint to route to sprint

Longshots of the Day:

Race 3: Tenthousandreasons has the highest speed in the race and comes in off a victory last out. 1st time turf and this trainer is 25% on the move and Talamo is 2 for 4 for him we get a nice longshot price of 12-1

Race 5: Lucky Knickers was my single 2 weeks ago winning easy on the Hillside course. Moving up in class and routing for the 1st time we get 12-1 morning line for a trainer who is 25% maiden winner last race

Race 7: Pyscho Sister, nas won 4 of 9 at the distance and was thought enough of by this trainer to race in a G2 last month. Trainer is 27% this year, 23% non graded stakes, 25% on turf and 24% routing. Stats wise the 20-1 price is worth a stab and we get a sharp work. Strategy is simple today – gate to wire (SCRATCHED

For races where I only have one or two selections I usually like to KEY the top choice  with the second choice and an outside for trifectas.

When I have three horses selected in a Pick 4 or Pick 5 consider them for Trifecta boxes and for superfecta boxes use the 3 selections with the highest priced horse with good form or top tier jockeys riding, especially if they give a price. Rolling Pick 3 and doubles using selections.
