Nice card for a Thursday and even with my small tickets this could pay nicely for us. There are some nice longshots today.

Pick 4 I need a single is race 7 Wonderful Lie who comes from Miller/Fig who are winning 30%. Dropping in class and Miller is 38% doing this, speed and won the last race and risked for a tag means Miller means business

Pick 5 I need a single is in race 4 Norwegian with Prat riding for McCarthy and he wins 33% for the trainer. Top speed and dropping in class today for a trainer who wins 26% 2nd start and moving from maiden to claiming he is 25%.  They want the purse money on the claim today

Longshots of the Day:

Race 1: Copper Cowboy, is moving up in class off a win last out. This horse is always around the wire and can pass horses and Fig is 2 for 2 for the trainer and 12-1 or more would be a great start to the Pick 5

Race 2: Reign On is dropping in class today after running 9th last out on the Hill 2nd off the layoff. Prior to the bench he won 2 of 2 on the Hill and we get 12-1 or more. An early longshot daily double 12-1 over 12-1?

Today’s Race 6 Late Pick 4 will cost $12 depending on singles with horses listed in preference.

For races where I only have one or two selections I usually like to KEY the top choice  with the second choice and an outside for trifectas.

When I have three horses selected in a Pick 4 or Pick 5 consider them for Trifecta boxes and for superfecta boxes use the 3 selections with the highest priced horse with good form or top tier jockeys riding, especially if they give a price. Rolling Pick 3 and doubles using selections.
