More rain more mud but let’s see if we can get some payouts with small tickets today
Pick 5 I need a single is race 3 Calm Down Lady who drops in class today, has the top speed, outside draw and races for a tag today off a nine month break for the owner trainer so they want the paycheck
Pick 4 I need a single is race 7 I Am The Danger won last in a race that saw 4 winners come out of the race. That is rare on this circuit. Also has mud spede rating of 95. Single all the way
Longshots of the Day:
Race 1: Journal Entry, race is listed on turf but I cannot see it running there. Has mud in the blood and the best races have come on dirt. 1st start off the bench and races protected I hope we get this 10-1 price. Best late pace and has speed
Race 2: Freedom Hill, trainer is 25%, 22% shipping, 25% claiming and 23% routing. Ran 2nd last out and has has raced over mud with a closing 3rd last October. Top class in this field 6-1 is a great price
Race 5: Bold Mongolian has the top last race speed, best late pace, lost by a head last out but has mud in the blood and trainer is 2 of 4 2nd time routing we get 6-1 or more
Race 8: Sheer Flattery., likes the mud, gets in light, won the last race and rises in class we get a 10-1 or more price. This horse can wire them or stalk and that versatility at this price is great
Today’s Race 6 Late Pick 4 will cost $21depending on singles with horses listed in preference.

Horses listed in brackets are for added coverage if wanted and for exotics.
For races where I only have one or two selections I usually like to KEY the top choice with the second choice and an outside for trifectas.
When I have three horses selected in a Pick 4 or Pick 5 consider them for Trifecta boxes and for superfecta boxes use the 3 selections with the highest priced horse with good form or top tier jockeys riding, especially if they give a price. Rolling Pick 3 and doubles using selections.

“The grace of God is found between the saddle and the ground.”
